Following Royal Huisman’s announcement for its new XXL commission in May last year, the shipyard team turned the main part of the Trident series hull number 2 on 19 March 2026 at its Vollenhove facility, the Netherlands: home to the world’s finest superyacht building.
Project 412 is part of Royal Huisman’s successful Trident 810 series. It builds on a proven architectural platform, benefiting from the confidence that comes with an already engineered foundation. Having the original delivered in 2020 and the second one under construction, owners benefit both from a reliable, short project lead time and the opportunity to personalize and realize a fully bespoke superyacht, delivered in just three years.
The operation brings a defining build milestone to completion and offers a clear sense of the yacht’s remarkable volume and proportions, now fully visible in her upright position. With the hull turning complete, the team will proceed with the next stages of build, developing onboard systems and outfitting. The bow section, which is currently nearing completion in Hall 3, will be attached to the main part at the end of March.

Project 412will be a super-sized 81m / 266ft sailing yacht. The aluminum hull construction features a distinctive chine from bow to stern.
