Eden Island Marina

Eden Island Marina is a world-class superyacht facility seamlessly integrated with the prestigious Eden Island luxury residential projects. The deep-water superyacht facility is located on a 56-hectare man-made island off the coast of Mahé, developed by the Eden Island Development Company (Seychelles Ltd.) and managed by Superyacht Services (Seychelles) a subsidiary of Hunt Deltel & Co. Ltd. The Eden Island Marina offers facilities (and much more) for superyachts, cruising yachts and local leisure craft.

Key historical milestones include the island’s creation in the 2000s when the artificial island of Eden was reclaimed from bleached coral reefs. The Marina inauguration was in 2007 as the Eden Island Marina officially opened its doors, becoming the first superyacht marina in the Seychelles. Eden Island Marina was designed as the central hub of the island from the beginning, allowing residential units to have private moorings.

In 2010 the Marina North Extension was in place, adding over 60 new berths for yachts ranging from 15 to 50 metres. Superyacht partnerships were next as the Marina partnered with Asia-Pacific Superyachts (APS) to provide seamless, high-end agency services to visiting superyachts.

The superyacht pontoon section is 4m wide with varying 500mm to 750mm of freeboard and berthing available astern to or alongside, depending on occupancy. It offers 1 berth for a yacht up to 120m and 6x berths for yachts ranging between 30m and 80m.
