On 7 May, less than a week after the Palma International Boat Show, the final Tune In Thursday gathering before the summer break brought together another lively mix of professionals from Mallorca’s yachting and luxury lifestyle community.
This edition was generously supported by Dockwise Yacht Transport (DYT), with Sven Geboers delivering an engaging presentation on the company’s yacht transport services. Attendees gained valuable insight into how DYT has established itself as one of the industry’s most trusted providers, offering highly reliable transport solutions for yachts worldwide.
Despite a Code Orange weather warning across the island, around 40 guests attended the event, highlighting the continued appeal of the Tune In Thursday format and the strength of the community it has built.
As always, the guest list reflected the diversity that makes these gatherings so worthwhile. The evening welcomed yacht brokers, yacht owners, captains, aspiring crew members, expat residents and professionals from across the luxury sector. Among them were private jet charter brokers, managers of high-net-worth member clubs and several first-time attendees looking to expand their network and learn more about the industry.
While business opportunities are often generated at Tune In Thursday, the emphasis remains on creating genuine personal connections. The relaxed atmosphere encouraged conversations between familiar faces and newcomers alike, helping to strengthen relationships across the local and international community.
The evening provided a fitting conclusion to the spring season of events and once again demonstrated the value of bringing together people from different sectors in an informal and welcoming environment. Tune In Thursday will return after the summer, continuing to connect Mallorca’s yachting, luxury and business communities.
