20–27 June
Mallorca Championships – Santa Ponça
The Mallorca Championships is the only ATP tennis tournament in the Balearic Islands, held on grass courts at the Mallorca Country Club in Santa Ponça. This ATP 250 event is fast becoming one of the most exciting stops on the pre-Wimbledon circuit. With top international players, a relaxed Mediterranean setting, and a dedicated Fan Zone with activities for the whole family, it’s one of those events that’s equally enjoyable whether you’re a hardcore tennis fan or just looking for a great day out on the island. www.mallorcachampionships.com

24–27 June
The Superyacht Cup Palma – Palma de Mallorca
Europe’s longest-running superyacht regatta celebrates its landmark 30th anniversary from 24–27 June. For the first time ever, performance multihulls join the fleet alongside the core superyacht classes, J Class, Café Racer and Corinthian, a sign of how this regatta continues to evolve while staying true to its roots. Racing unfolds across the Bay of Palma from a relaxed yet unmistakably exclusive race village, and the social program, including the much-loved Owners’ Midsummer BBQ, is as much a draw as the sailing itself. Another of The Islander’s absolute highlights of Mallorca’s sailing season.
