Felicita West – yacht sold by Northrop & Johnson

Felicita West was built in aluminium by Italian yard Perini Navi with naval architecture by Ron Holland and exterior styling by Nuvolari Lenard, and delivered in 2003. Her long waterline and 1,800sqm of canvas propel her to speeds in excess of 16 knots. Her ultra-wide beam of 12.7 metres brings large internal volume and side decks where two people can walk side by side, a feat few motor yachts can achieve.Felicita West was the first 500-tonne aluminium sailing yacht to be MCA certified.

She comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in a master suite, two doubles and two twin cabins, all with en suite bathroom facilities. Twin 1,400 Deutz engines give her a cruising speed of 14 knots and a range of 4,500 nautical miles at 13 knots.

Felicita West will be renamed Spirit of the C’s and will undergo a refit of the interior, toys, and audio/visual systems. She will be available for charter in the Caribbean this winter and in the Mediterranean for the summer of 2015, managed by Northrop & Johnson.

Felicita West was asking $25 million.
