jobs in the industry, are announcing their partnership. The partnership will see Meridian power
the ACREW platform in the next step of its development to provide more job opportunities to
crew members and to better support the hiring needs of yachts and yachting recruiters.

The partnership will offer ACREW crew and vessel members the chance to browse available
positions and apply for jobs that match their skills and experience. Through the partnership with
Meridian, the portal will be enhanced with the latest technology, making it faster and easier for
crew members to find suitable positions and apply for them online and through text messaging.

Meridian offers two new products that reimagine the crew hiring process. Employers can use
DirectHire to post a job that is immediately sent out to thousands of available crew, or they can
use RecruiterCloud, where their job is sent to the most recognizable recruiters around the world
where they all work together on the employers behalf to put forward their best candidates.

At the same time, recruiters will benefit from access to an expanded pool of talented and
qualified crew members. Utilizing the Meridian platform allows recruiters to identify the most
suitable candidates for their positions to streamline the application and hiring process.
