Every Friday, for two months, they distribute portions of ‘the Conchi cake’ to health personnel and state security forces in Ibiza.

ROTO is preparing to open their doors this week, complying with all capacity, sanitary and safety measures.

Since it opened its doors last summer at Marina Ibiza’s dock, ROTO has continued to surprise us. In addition to its fun atmosphere, its amazing dishes, incredible views and very top decor, now we also remember them for their solidarity, their empathy, and their sweetness … And it is not because we are mellow but rather because the ‘Conchi cake’ was chosen by ROTO’s team to sweeten Ibiza’s health personnel as well as state security forces and bodies in Ibiza.

Every Friday for two months – coinciding with the State of Alarm – ROTO’s team buys the ingredients, cooks, packages and distributes this delicious chocolate cake in gratitude and support of these groups that are now focused on the recovery of all the Ibizans who for one reason or another have been affected by this situation.

Currently they have more than 5,000 portions distributed between Can Misses hospital, Rosario Polyclinic, Cas Serres Residence, Ibiza Local Police, National Police and Civil Guard.

Besides, the DJ’s from ROTO, Ángel Linde, Gato Suave, Marcos Pérez and JB Escribá, have also collaborated in the best way they know how . They have created very special music sessions, which are freely accessible on the internet, to accompany and entertain us all during confinement.
