Specialising in day charters, their yachts are also available to rent from a one-day trip to a three-week vacation, aiming to meet every clients’ needs. The Mallorca-based charter company also provides pickups from hotels or villas in the majority of destinations, going the extra mile to ensure its guests have a luxurious trip. All yachts are skippered, meaning clients don’t have to worry about a thing. A broad range of water toys are also available to add on to any trip, so clients can enjoy adrenaline-fuelled fun wherever they decide to go.

As a wine connoisseur and keen collector, Garvin wanted to bring his passion for grapes into the yachting business, seamlessly combining two luxury hobbies. As such, Magenta Yachts now offers a wine tasting as part of its charter trips, taking guests on a journey through the exquisite Spanish wines produced in different regions. The grapes tasted are informed by Lehenbauer’s expertise, the customer’s choice of charter destination – Magenta Yachts offers holidays around Mallorca, Ibiza and Menorca – and the customer’s wine preferences. This experience is all part of Magenta Yachts’ commitment to helping guests have the best possible vacation, whatever that may mean to them.

Mik Garvin, Magenta Yachts Owner, said: We’re delighted to be able to share our in-depth knowledge of the Balearics with our luxury charter clients. We aim to offer original and memorable experiences such as sunset cruises with tastings of Balearic wines accompanied by cold cuts and local cheeses. A rosé such Mallorca’s Ribas Rosat – Bodegas Ribas, for example, is a delightful alternative to Provence wines and where better to taste it than on board a yacht near the island itself?

Gaby Lehenbauer, Charter Manager, said: “There are so many stunning places to explore in the Balearics. We want our luxury yacht clients to be able to marvel at the wilderness of Ibiza, the unspoilt island of Cabrera, the wild coast off Cap Rocat and a multitude of other gems. All this can be combined with the discovery of cool beach clubs and authentic local cuisine.”
