The UK’s Fairline Yachts has announced the global premiere of the F//Line 33 and the Squadron 68 at the 2019 Cannes Yachting Festival in September.

This year’s Cannes show will be the first to see Fairline launch multiple boats to the global market, starting with the Squadron 68.

Initially called the Squadron 64, the new flybridge has been renamed to reflect its grand proportions. The Squadron 68 offers 12% more lower deck accommodation space, a 5% larger main deck saloon area, and a 10% bigger flybridge than the outgoing Squadron 65.

It features the award-winning Italian design of Alberto Mancini and world-renowned engineering from Vripack.

The F//Line 33 is Fairline’s new express cruiser, an entry-level model also designed by Alberto Mancini. The deck features a large forward sun bed and a spacious aft seating area, which is configurable to another sun bed.

In terms of power, the F//Line 33 is configured with twin Volvo Penta V6-240 petrol engines, but for even greater performance the option of either twin Volvo V8-430s or twin Mercruiser 8.2-litre petrol V8s are offered. A diesel option utilising twin D3-220s from Volvo is also available.

Other Fairline models on show at Cannes this year will include the Targa 65 GTO, Targa 48 Open and Targa 43 Open.
