It has been a hectic year for Oyster Yachts which included a bankruptcy sale and bail out that kept the UK luxury sailboat builder in business. In an August update the company reports they have entered into a strategic partnership with Lloyd’s Register to monitor and approve all new-yacht builds going forward. Additionally, Humphreys Yacht Design is developing a smaller Oyster that will be sailing in 12 months’ time. Full report.
