Australian Superyachts recently announced that the 32.13 metre superyacht Patriot has been handed over to her new owners. After leaving Sydney Superyacht Marina on 4th November, she made her way to the Gold Coast where she will soon commence charter operations in Queensland.
Built in 2004 by Lloyds Ships and designed by Don Shead Yacht Design, the all aluminium yacht was used privately by her owner for a decade before she was listed for sale at the end of 2013. Australian Superyachts were appointed full management and responsibility – as well as Central Agents – for the yacht until her sale, and was soon upgraded to the standards required for the Australian commercial vessel survey in order to enhance her sale.
Patriot is the third yacht to be successfully converted by Australian Superyachts into the Australian commercial survey in the past 12 months.
