The creation of Karpaz Gate Marina North Cyprus was the result of a bold vision by British entrepreneur David Lewis CBE, who sought to build a world-class resort and marina in an untouched corner of the East Mediterranean. Since its inception in the early 2000s, the project has grown into a landmark development—combining luxury, sustainability, and service in a unique setting.

Although Mr. Lewis passed away in 2011, his legacy lives on through continued investment and management by Sea-Alliance Group and Owner Representative Liza Singer, who have led the project from concept through construction and into successful operation.
