The ACREW Monaco Lounge at this year´s show promises to be very interesting as ACREW delivers their unique blend of professional development workshops and networking lunches. The ACREW masterclasses, targeted at captains, engineers, first officers, chefs and chief stews will cover some key issues such as dealing with migrant boats in the Med or first aid on-board. Lunches will be cooked live in the lounge using the very best innovative galley equipment provided by Galleytek. The ACREW Monaco Lounge will be hosted in partnership with Warsash Superyacht Academy; an exciting collaboration that consolidates the commitment to delivering the highest standards of professional development to superyacht crew.





The ACREW Monaco Lounge will provide a perfect place to relax and network during the Monaco Yacht Show. The welcoming, positive and professional environment is great for crew to connect and meet with peers. The programme promised is packed with exciting activities so there will always be plenty to inspire, learn and talk about.


Some of the experiences and services for superyacht captains and crew include:


Masterclasses. Specialist workshops delivered by industry experts for Engineers, Captains, Chief Stews, chefs and First Officers. The programme includes topical, exciting and inspiring sessions such as WOW Factors at Luxurious Tables with Peter Vogel, Control Systems & The Diesel Bug led by De Keizer Marine & Fuelcare and Medical Emergencies On-board and Basics of Trauma with MedAire to name but a few.

Taster Lunches. Phenomenal fresh ingredients supplied by leading Dutch provisioner NeKo, inspiring cuisine by Galleytek chefs and prepared in the La Rascasse upper lounge with Salvis and Galleytek cutting edge galley equipment.  Guests are invited to enjoy a selection of fresh ingredients, beautifully cooked and witness first-hand chef demonstrations on how to produce complex food with ease and precision with the focus on service.

Networking. The perfect place to get together with fellow crew professionals. Enjoy plenty of space in the well-positioned La Rascasse including fantastic views of Monaco Yacht Show from the two terraces.

VIP Terrace. Warsash Superyacht Academy; widely considered to be the most prestigious superyacht training centre in the world, invite graduates as well as crew interested in certification courses to meet the specialist team at the Warsash VIP Terrace, inside the ACREW Monaco Lounge, to discuss their future career path.

Financial Advice. Private appointments available to discuss investments and finances with the highly reputable St. James’ Place, United Advisers Marine and IFX Foreign Exchange.

Careers Advice. Throughout the show careers advisors from Warsash Superyacht Academy and IYC Crew will be on hand to provide one-to-one advice on all aspects of careers on-board.

Monaco Yacht Show Tickets. Captains and Crew attending Masterclasses will be offered a day pass to the show.

Giveaways. Visiting crew will be gifted sunglasses, sunhats and other great gifts.

Beverages. Complimentary drinks available all day.

Crew Party. In collaboration with IYC Crew and EventsbyZoom a Kick-off Crew Party is organised on the first night of the show featuring Zoom Resident DJ Dani L. Mebius. Theme “be part of the night, dress in white”. ACREW offers the first 300 registrants a free beer.

The Taster Lunches promise to be an exciting experience, offering a delicious menu served between 12pm – 2pm each day.

Superyacht galley specialists Galleytek are flying in top Swiss chefs from Salvis to prepare and serve complex mouth-watering and demonstrate to Captains, Stews and Chefs how a superyacht galley can produce large quantities of sensational quality food even in the confines of a small space on-board. Guests will see first-hand how effectively this beautifully engineered equipment delivers on ease of use, speed and versatility to push the boundaries of quality food and quality service.


All the food is provided by leading Dutch superyacht provisioners NeKo Yacht Supply who pride themselves on the quality of their produce. Each day they will bring along one of their suppliers to talk about how they produce food of such high quality and to demonstrate some ideas about how to get the best from it. Lots of interactivity and of course tasting will be an integral part of the fun! Anyone passionate about food will enjoy this immensely.




Specialist sessions for Engineers, Captains, Chief Stews and First Officers. The ACREW masterclass facilitators bring a wealth of experience to the table and will lead on-trend, important and current sessions that inspire innovation and creativity. The masterclasses are designed to be practical and easily implemented so the impact of attending the session should be both immediate and significant.


Each masterclass will begin and end with a comfortable networking opportunity and the complimentary food and drinks will provide the perfect accompaniment to further topical discussions with fellow Captains and Heads of Departments.
