The Italian Sea Group has announced that that first model of the new Franck Muller Yachts brand will be making her debut at the Monaco show this week.
Franck Muller Yacht 55 Open is the smaller model in the Franck Muller Yachts line. The Italian Sea Group says the largest will be a 108-footer with a 68ft and an 80ft in the middle.
FMY 55 is result of the partnership between The Italian Sea Group’s in-house design studio ‘Centro Stile’ and its art director Gian Marco Campanino and the Franck Muller design team.
The yacht has plenty of large areas all dedicated to the pleasure of navigation, relax and sunbathing either aft, forward and within the cockpit. The aft areas also benefit from a covering sunshade system consisting of a custom Franck Muller branded canvas and carbon poles.
FMY 55 will be also available with the hard top version in which the cockpit area becomes enclosed, with opening hard top and opening side windows.
The interior layout comprises a master cabin forward with en-suite bathroom and a convertible lounge again with en-suite bathroom, which can be completely separated from the galley that is placed on starboard side.
This FMY 55 also includes an optional crew cabin placed between the guest interiors and the engine room. Alternatively this area can be provided with a storage and laundry area, as on the first yacht launched.
Other features include the possibility to choose for the iridescent or opalescent paint, which would be metallic as standard, the hydraulic passerelle, which may be used as a bathing ladder and the Ecomar system which enhances the green attitude of this new yacht.
FMY 55 will also be on display at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show 2015.
