Superyacht Illusion in Barcelona
Seen here earlier this month at Marina Port Vell in Barcelona is the 55.75 metre superyacht Illusion, which was built by Feadship in 1983 as Le Pharaon. After taking delivery of this yacht, her original owner ordered a new and larger yacht, also called Le Pharaon, which was delivered to him in 1989. In 2010 Illusion was completely refitted and all of her three aft decks were restyled in order to accommodate a 5 metre stern extension. The interior was also completely restyled and refurbished by Bannenberg and Rowell in a contemporary style, influenced by the graphics and style of modern art.
