Following its world premiere in spring, the new Y7 has already demonstrated its potential, winning all three races in the inaugural YYachts Class at the Superyacht Cup Palma.
Building on the success of its predecessor, with more than 20 units sold, the new Y7 has been completely reimagined. Developed with naval architects judel/vrolijk & co, its new hull, optimised hydrodynamics and revised sail plan deliver enhanced stability and performance, particularly in moderate conditions.
A redesigned deck and enlarged cockpit enable intuitive handling with a small crew, while the interior offers increased volume and greater flexibility, including the choice of a VIP guest cabin or dedicated crew area. Built in advanced carbon construction, the Y7 combines low weight, structural stiffness and effortless handling. With four units already sold, the new Y7 represents the next evolution of YYachts’ performance-oriented, highly customisable sailing yachts.
