Northrop & Johnson Australia has recruited superyacht industry veteran Andrea Guerin and “yachting authority” Juliette Van Bueren to its team in the Gold Coast.
Commenting on the new recruits, N&J Australia director Cameron Bray says: “I’m really excited to have Andy and Juliette joining our team to drive the charter division. We can now offer our clients a complete global perspective on charter through first-hand experiences.”
Australian-born Guerin has 15-year’s yachting career as a chief stewardess. The many sea miles under her belt have seen her extensively cruise sought-after destinations including the Med, Croatia, Turkey, Scandinavia, Spain, the east coast of America, the Caribbean, Pacific Islands, and of course, Australia. She brings a skill set drawn from her time as a chief stewardess, travel agent and owner of an event company to Northrop & Johson Australia.
Juliette Van Bueren
Van Buerin joins Northrop & Johnson Australia from Northrop & Johnson Asia. She is a Dutch national who has lived everywhere from the Middle East to Europe and Africa to the USA.
A keen sailor, Van Buerin holds a Royal Yacht Association (RYA) sailing instructor certification. She has cruised the Mediterranean, as well as the South China Sea along the coasts of the Philippines and Indonesia.
“Bringing my international expertise to the local market, I look forward to working with Cameron and his team in the Gold Coast,” Van Bueren concludes.
