The 57m Classic

The Classic 57m, which shares the same genes as Columbus Yachts’ first launch, Prima, is a completely custom built full displacement steel and aluminum yacht. The yard says the yacht has an eclectic interior featuring many different materials inspired by the natural elements.

Conversely the Sport Hybrid 40m has been built on the platform of the 40S Hybrid, first launched in August 2013. The second hull shares the same features as the first with an aerodynamic light-weight aluminum hull and an “eco-friendly” optional advanced electric propulsion.

After the ceremony Columbus Yachts took the opportunity to unveil three new project lines:

Columbus Liberty Range from 33m to 38m – in cooperation with Marco Casali – Too Design Studio. A yacht which captures the feeling of freedom and is customisable in layout, exterior and interior design.

Columbus Sport Oceanic Range from 50m to 80m – A dynamic series with a cutting-edge stylistic approach.

Columbus Oceanic Coupé Range – of which the first two models are a 45m and a 50m. This new all aluminum line is especially destined for the Asian and USA market.
