Coy Koi – yacht sold by Burgess and Northrop & Johnson

Built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Kuipers, Coy Koi was delivered in 2000 as one of the yard’s Doggersbank long range explorer series. She had an extensive refit in 2007 which included a full repaint of hull and superstructure. In addition to the general maintenance performed on the vessel’s systems, an Atlas universal power converter was installed in the lazarette so the vessel is at home regardless of the local dockside power supply. A new 40 inch Bang & Olufsen LCD television was installed and its cabinet was retrofitted with a new lift in such a manner that the joinery modification cannot be detected.

She has an interior atmosphere and styling inspired by Asian themes and offers a clever collection of casual, formal and al fresco dining options on three main decks.

Accommodation is for six guests in three comfortable cabins and twin 300hp Caterpillar engines give her an impressive range of 6,100 nautical miles at 9 knots.

Coy Koi was asking $4.4 million.
