Sirenuse – yacht for sale with Northrop & Johnson

Sirenuse was built by Dutch superyacht yard Feadship, with delivery in 1978 and has been used extensively by her current owners for oceanographic research. A thoroughly family-friendly yacht, an extensive refit in 2004 saw the twin aft cabins converted into one large children’s cabin with twin sets of bunk beds and there’s also a full beam master and a twin stateroom with a Pullman berth. The refit also saw the addition of a library on the main deck. Further improvements in 2010 included upgraded running gear and a new paint job in brilliant white.

The main saloon and dining area are open plan and have a teak interior in excellent condition with a lovely rich colour. With a beam of 25 feet, Sirenuse has a spacious living area and a recessed flat screen television on the starboard side allows for relaxed viewing. Most of the furniture here is loose and was replaced during the refit, when the overheads were also redone and new recessed lighting installed. Twin 600hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 10 knots and a range of 4,500 nautical miles.

Sirenuse is now down from $5.5 million to $3,795,000.
