We are very  pleased and proud to announce you that  Carlos Espinosa and the IURISNAUTIC team have obtained last Thursday 29th of January after two months of hard struggle the very  first Charter License for Non EU flagged vessels, License nr. 1,  ever granted by the Balearic Government in accordance to the new regulation from September 2014 (Circular 1/2014).

Although this was already theoretically possible since four months ago we have been the first ones to demolish the heavy bureaucratic walls at the different administration bodies and so we are in a position to assure that from now on the charter of  any vessel in our waters no matter which size no matter which flag  is not only legally possible but also de facto, as shown by the new charter license model.
