The last superyacht professional development event hosted by ACREW & STP Shipyard Palma last October welcomed just under 500 participants. Due to its great success it has been decided to host another event this March.
ACREW will be offering FREE Professional Development Workshops to all superyacht captains and crew. The workshops are conducted by some of the superyacht industry’s leading experts who will be arriving in Palma in March especially for the event. The event will also offer crew a morning juice bar, a market place, networking lunch and afternoon tea during each day.
Workshops topics have been planned with the aim of adding value to the training and experience of both captains and crew.
Impact crew will once again be running free workshops; join Karen Passman and the team for this fun and informative workshop and make this your best season yet.
“As Captains and Crew begin preparations for the start of the Med season, now is the ideal time to work out what you are going to do to create your dream team. A season without competing agendas, without the bickering and without crew turnover. Being a great team is more than being good friends. Team bonding activities are great to help individuals to get to know each other better, but in itself will not guarantee that the dream team will evolve. Sometimes we are lucky and we have the opportunity of working with a great team” Impact Crew.
