The second edition of the Qatar International Boat Show (QIBS) was inaugurated yesterday by H.E. the Minister of Economy and Trade, Sheikh Ahmed Bin Jassim Bin Mohamed Al Thani. The ceremony saw the Minister cut a red ribbon to officially open the event.
He was then accompanied on a tour of the Show by the Chairman of Snow Comms and the organisers of QIBS, Mr Essa Al Mannai. Christophe Choroa, Managing Director of iconic Swiss watch manufacturer Ulysse Nardin displayed a selection of watches with the company’s famous “anchor” branding.
This year’s Qatar International Boat Show is located at Mourjan Marina in Lusail City, just north of the capital Doha. The week long show will conclude on the 15th November.
