MYBA The Worldwide Yachting Association and the European Boating Industry association, have announced a partnership to raise the profile of the superyacht industry in Europe.
The European Boating Industry will offer its expertise and know-how on EU legislation to MYBA to leverage the profile of Europe’s superyacht sector among EU policy-makers, initially focusing on the importance of the superyacht charter industry for Europe’s tourism and economy.
Toby Maclaurin, President of MYBA, said “This partnership will enable MYBA to be effectively represented at EU level through European Boating Industry and voice the views and concerns of the superyacht professionals in Europe on a number of EU issues.”
Robert Marx, President of European Boating Industry, added “We are delighted to start working with MYBA and lend them our support and expertise on EU affairs.
