Beginners Sushi

Come to a hands on workshop on Wednesday 6th November, 5-9pm at Delicioso.

During the workshop you will learn about:

• Japanese food items
• Descriptions for Japanese sushi terms
• Rice preparation for sushi
• Fish preparation for sushi, sashimi and maki showing how to cut up a large piece of fish for sushi
• Make Miso Soup
• Prepare sashimi sushi
• Roll maki, futo maki rolls, traditional maki roll, inside out roll and rainbow roll
• Learn presentation techniques for sushi on various Japanese platters
