Careful with the Caviar

Phillipe Quessaud, the Caviar afficionado in Mallorca , has asked us to remind those boats who will be crossing the pond this winter to make sure that the fridges on board are well charged before taking their caviar on board. There are very real dangers of severe food poisoning if caviar is not kept at the correct temperatures.

 

Caviar Perlita, which is one of the most popular brands of Caviar  is available from our local yacht provisioners such as Delicioso, VSF and others. Perlita is also the official Caviar of Nikki Beach who, along with Michelin Star restaurants in the Balearics are very happy with the quality and consistency of Perlita. It is produced in France using a Siberian Sturgeon under very strict conditions ensuring its quality, and authenticity.
